Couple seeking a cozy getaway

The location was the gem of it all. I loved strolling along the water at the Embarcadero, with a cup of hot coffee in my hands, just watching the sun come up over the Bay Bridge. And the staff? Pure magic- Nahid was like family.

It wasn’t the cheapest option but worth it for the memories.

Staying in a Deluxe Queen Room for three nights offered a nice lounge area with a fireplace, perfect for relaxing after exploring. The location was excellent, with nearby restaurants and scenic walking paths. However, the room was a bit smaller than anticipated, and soundproofing could be improved. It would have been nice to have more variety in morning food options beyond pastries.

I loved my stay! The complementary wine hour was a perfect touch after a long day, and the stunning view of the Bay Bridge from my room was unbelievable. The Malin & Goetz cosmetics in the bathroom were a delightful surprise!

This place suits me perfectly with a paid wired internet connection, 24-hour reception, and express check-in. I remember the staff helped me with a cold drink in the heat during my first stay. Highly recommended!

From the moment I checked in, I was blown away by how cozy my Waterfront One King room was, not to mention the stunning views! I really loved relaxing at the rooftop pool with its breathtaking skyline backdrop and enjoying the outdoor seating by the fire pits. The only hiccup was the limited continental breakfast options, but that didn’t take away from my overall experience! 😊

The Deluxe Queen Room felt cramped, lacking adequate seating with no chair or table, making relaxation challenging. There were noise issues from the neighboring buildings, disrupted by loud commercial AC units that affected sleep quality. On top of that, parking fees can hit hard, with valet options reaching up to $70 a night, which is steep for a weekend stay. The lack of variety in breakfast options left room for improvement, something that can definitely enhance the experience.

The lobby was a lovely blend of elegance and comfort, making me feel right at home. Plus, the accessibility features, like grab bars, made navigating the hotel a breeze for someone like me.

More seating in common areas would be nice.
